Nearly everyone at Washington University has a WUSTL Key.
It is your key to the HR site. This allows you to set up email preferences, tax and benefit information, and opt-in/out of various things.
It is also used for eduroam WiFi and email.
If you have any issues with your WUSTL Key, I’m afraid it is beyond the scope of the RCG since we do not have any control over that.
